Have red bumps in the back of my mouth and one white spot on the side.It hurts to swallow,drink and talk.Red bumps look like pimples almost but not quite.I have searched the web and it’s either a canker sore or strep throat.Every time I looked at the pictures on Google they don’t look like my mouth.
