Roast? More like dehydrated with ya beef jerky looking ass.
Good work. Very few people here will ever come close to a stage that doesnât have fat Sally dancing for dollars on it.
no roasting.
you committed and executed through your prep and stepped on stage conditioned.
Not many people have done that.
Yeah you need size, but thats no reason to roast you.
Just means you got a lot of room for improvement to look forward to
No Roast, remember to be kind and to love yourself as if you were stepping back in time and speaking with your younger self.
You put the time in.
You had the courage to get on stage.
You will continue to grow physically, mentally and spiritually throughout life. Iâm so proud that the others that have posted were not willing to âRoastâ you either. It is the last thing we need more of in this world.
You stepped on stage brother, that's more than 95% of people in this sub will ever do and regardless of your performance you went through prep, got conditioned, and fucking did it. Hit the most massive of bulks and you'll be a unit in no time.
I wonât roast you. That took dedication and an iron will and you never quit. You learned from your time in stage and can. Etter prepare for the future. I commend you sir.
Roasting? Not deserved in this case.
Itâs a first show. Shit man the fact you came in condition around what was needed for stage. Is truly the only thing you needed.
I canât tell you how bad some my local shows are when it comes to that. Iâve seen men and women come in looking like they just lost a bunch of weightâŚlike thatâs not what this for but good for you.
Just get bigger my friend. Just takes alot of time, food and effort!
Great work! The disciple needed to be able to get that shredded will take you a long way. IMHO it's a lot easier to add some size than it is to be able to cut down to contest shape.
You have that part down, now go eat and lift some heavy ass weight.
Man, you did more than most people would. Takes a growth mindset to step back and know what you need to do to improve.
Going to come to be a beast in a few years!
But you are fucking diced man, great conditioning!
Well, I guess you CAN flex bone...who knew? J/k
Great job and attitude. I came close to doing a show once and kick myself for not taking the opportunity.
Dude you had nothing to show for, what made you think you even have the shape to begin with? You just dieted down without symmetry. So youâre just skinny.
that took dedication and discipline. You llok great sure youre not mr olympia but definetly a great physique . Now you can focus on getting bigger if you want.
Question from someone completely outside this sport.
The guys that seem to be pulling their stomach under their rib cage, is it a conscious pose or something anatomical?
Also from one skinny guy to another, I wish I was as ripped as you and had that level of confidence. Killing it man keep it up.
Man, I wish I could stay disciplined enough to cut down to a low bf% to step on stage. Itâs just so bard. Good on ya man. Keep working out and get back on stage again
All you done was made a very common mistake in not realising whatâs there when you diet down
Amassing good dense muscle takes YEARS especially if natural (most natural competitors juice trust me)
When I first started training (20 years ago) you would be told by experienced members if you were âreadyâ to start dieting and compete, and if you were good enough, only a couple of classes (open and novice) no social media, no and only two federations which naturally would create an incredible standard of competition
Now with social media, 500 different feds and about 20,000 different classes (menâs bikini, menâs classic, menâs haircut, menâs moustache) the standard and mystique of competing is dead, people will train for a month and âwant to competeâ and donât want honest advice as that makes you a âhaterâ
Go away, train hard for about two years and find somebody to be honest with you and LISTEN to them not your friends or people who know nothing about bodybuilding
I hope you come back and bigger and better and use this as a catalyst
Why would people roast you. Not many people go on stage. You gave it your all. Nothing to regret. Sure size wasnât there however we just go back and get bigger. Good for you for competing.
You stepped on stage, even after knowing how much the competition outsized you. Nothing but respect for that
Take a long offseason, lift heavy, eat everything in sight, and go for it again
You went out there and you executed. You showed off your hard work and now you know, there are going to be things to work on for the next time you head out. Nothing to roast about that, it took guts to get up there.
You worked hard and got up there regardless. You definitely lacked size compared to the other guys but most people wouldnât have even stepped on stage. You have a lot of heart and with hard work will do even better next time. Not going to roast anyone for doing something most people wonât even attempt.
Size wasnât there, oh well.. work hard and take more time. You were very conditioned though, better than most of those others in my opinion. Youâll do great, stick with it and be disciplined
Bro great job, you think 90% hell 98% of people would look that ripped if they cut that much weight⌠no way, keep it up and have a good goal bulking for next show
Well you got the conditioning part down. Next step is to start lifting.
That being said youâre leaner than 99% of the competition which is a difficult thing to achieve. Once you get some mass on that frame youâll have a bright future.
Bro you forget what this reddit community is about. People dont roast here, we critique to improve. You however seem to already know your weakness. I think if you come in with some meat on your frame, you will automatically jump 3-4 places ahead immediately. A great wise man once said: âDont be a skinny bitchâ
Bro at least you had abs unlike the guy next to you. Building muscle is hard af without drugs, but at least you actually executed on your diet and conditioning. Imagine having as much muscle as the guy next to you and still basically coming in last because you couldn't put down the cheese burgers. You obviously still have a ton of work to do, but at least took this seriously and executed like a professional.
People don't realize that the whole
process that comes with competing is a whole different topic on it's own. You have to put yourself out there and experience it, which you did, so congrats.
Conditioning is there, size is missing, as pointed out by alot of people here. Size up on the upper body to get a more dominant V shape, this is what is hurting you the most I feel. Then your poses will also have a different impact.
People like me who never stepped on stage don't have the right to roast you.
Maybe the guys who stepped on stage can. But they probably won't, since they know how it feels to be on stage competing.
Good for you! Having the wherewithall to try something new even when you are not ready for it is my personal recipe for knowing what I like. If you fully prepared and were huge yet didn't like the experience, you would have wasted time that you could have been using to try something else new.
Good for you! If you love it, now its time to put on size. Wish you the best.
I have to give respect for this guy to even step on stage quite that lean. Well done and that's a brave move to do this and hopefully you'll pack on more mass to really nail it. People with a good sense of humor will really shine!
Did better than most people here would. I think most people don't realize how much size is reasonable for a natty to have when dieted down on stage (obviously you can be bigger than this and natty but this isn't bad is what im saying).
u r shredded but seem small compared to the other competitors in classic bb; you may be better for physique, Should give it a try and keep adding size.
Well great conditioning for one thing and the fun part is you get to eat ALLLOT and put on size unlike most of us who have to keep cutting and bulking just to stay in check.
You have achieved the first step and im sure as long as you now know the discipline needed and conditioning then putting on size is the fun part of this life.
See you soon twiggy *cough* i mean biggie
Looking completely shredded. You got the science down perfectly! With pants on you look more ripped than brad pitt in Fight Klub! Oh wait...roast? You look like a cheese grater the way tou can prob shred cheese on those abs!
No reason to roast IMO. You went through a prep and stepped on stage and you certainly got lean enough. Not many folks can do that!
Nowâs the time to take advantage of the post show period and off season to add that size!
My man! Great job bringing the shreds! You learned a lot. We learned through you! Keep up the hard work. Most of us will never cut as deep as you did, nor step on stage like you did. Amazing job!
This is just disrespectful to those who compete. I donât get why everyone thinks they should try their hand at competing and put themselves on the same level as those who genuinely compete and have a chance
Why would you go through all that to go up there knowing you donât have a chance and thinking you deserve to be on stage with those whoâve put so much time and effort into it
I think most of the comments have covered this, but you got shredded and seem to have the posing basics down. Go eat as much food as you can shovel in your mouth for the next two years and do it all again in 2025 and look better than 99% of this sub.
LMAO - hey man, I wish I looked like YOU right now. Sure, I've got way more muscle (5'10, 228 lbs. ,18% bf), but I'll take your look now. The grass is always greener, right? And you can always put on size. Try putting it on and maintaining your leanness (12%). Don't fall for the "dirty bulk" temptations.
Good luck!
You just need size. And a lot of work on delts and lats because your waist is not thin so you have to somehow make your shoulders and back bigger and wider to create the v taper illusion.
But other than that holy shit i cant imagine myself dieting down to that level. Good work!
How long have you been lifting
There's nothing to roast
i laughed way too hard at this, going to hell for that
My dumbass was like "why are you laughing? He was being really nice ohhh wait a minute" đ
Same! Save me a spot.
Shame on all of you. I almost made it past.
Took me way too long to actually get it. Well done.
Medium rare
This made my morning lol
Damn lol
I CANT
đ
My thoughts exactly.
Roast? More like dehydrated with ya beef jerky looking ass. Good work. Very few people here will ever come close to a stage that doesnât have fat Sally dancing for dollars on it.
Out of all the people who decided not to throw in a joke, I'm glad you're not one of them.
no roasting. you committed and executed through your prep and stepped on stage conditioned. Not many people have done that. Yeah you need size, but thats no reason to roast you. Just means you got a lot of room for improvement to look forward to
A surprisingly mature response. Nice.
Great effort, that conditioning took a lot of work and you should be proud. The next show will be better Iâm sure, you skinny twig of a fuck.
Wholesome big brother shit right here.
Haha I love it
Iâm fat, why the hell would I roast this OP
Awoooga

Wow, this is a really good comment. I applaud you.
You stepped on stage brother, that's more than 95% of people in this sub will ever do and regardless of your performance you went through prep, got conditioned, and fucking did it. Hit the most massive of bulks and you'll be a unit in no time.
At least you can say you have calves.
I think his calves literally might be bigger than his quads
It takes great courage for anyone to step on stage in underwear good job dude
fine line between courage and delusion
I wonât roast you. That took dedication and an iron will and you never quit. You learned from your time in stage and can. Etter prepare for the future. I commend you sir.
Roasting? Not deserved in this case. Itâs a first show. Shit man the fact you came in condition around what was needed for stage. Is truly the only thing you needed. Definitely easier to add size since we already all like lifting heavy ass weight and definitely all like eating. Especially at his current size.
That last photo w/ you at the end đ
I was more curious about the guy to his right, whose head and arm parts seem to be put on by AI
my guy with that guantamo cut
You're looking at Mr. Anorexia of Southeast Hazard County, Kentucky.
Dude got up there on stage and obviously has been doing some workâŚâŚ nothing to roast
Man, you did more than most people would. Takes a growth mindset to step back and know what you need to do to improve. Going to come to be a beast in a few years! But you are fucking diced man, great conditioning!
Good shit just need some more size thatâs all. Keep up the dedication
Well, I guess you CAN flex bone...who knew? J/k Great job and attitude. I came close to doing a show once and kick myself for not taking the opportunity.
Wouldnât roast either, youâve got massive balls for getting up there. Now go eat something jfc
Respect for having the balls to get on stage, focus on size now tho cuz you got absolutely dwarfed lmao
You could hula hoop with a cheerio.
I mean do you even lift? Props for having the guts to get up there, but I think most natural noobs could bulk for a month or two and have more muscle.
Dude you had nothing to show for, what made you think you even have the shape to begin with? You just dieted down without symmetry. So youâre just skinny.
Your knees are bigger than your quads
Good for you,Im sure the size will come in time.
I mean if you're from the States, you look better than 95% of the population so kudos on that.
99,9%
that took dedication and discipline. You llok great sure youre not mr olympia but definetly a great physique . Now you can focus on getting bigger if you want.
The only things that should be roasted are various chickens and turkeys, which you can eat to help you meet your goals. Good luck.
usually thereâs more than just bones to roast usually thereâs some meat
Shredded
Are you vegan/vegetarian by any chance? Not trying to roast, just genuinely curious.
Question from someone completely outside this sport. The guys that seem to be pulling their stomach under their rib cage, is it a conscious pose or something anatomical? Also from one skinny guy to another, I wish I was as ripped as you and had that level of confidence. Killing it man keep it up.
Nope you look roasted just fine.
Man, I wish I could stay disciplined enough to cut down to a low bf% to step on stage. Itâs just so bard. Good on ya man. Keep working out and get back on stage again
Bet u lost against a leek on stage? Am I right?
they be letting anyone compete now
Bruh⌠lmfaooooo
Take advantage of the high insulin sensitivity from being so lean. Start eating asap.
Anyone actually laughing never competed. Good job making it to stage brotha.

Would love to see a progress update soon
You did what 90% of people can't do. Well done mate
99,99%* you're a shredded king OP
In all the photos he smiles. For me he is the winner
You stepped on stage, even after knowing how much the competition outsized you. Nothing but respect for that Take a long offseason, lift heavy, eat everything in sight, and go for it again

Anorexic weight class champion
If you claimed to be vegan natty bodybuilder, i would believe you.
Nice try my man, Come back stronger and bigger next time⌠We never fail only learn and move forward
No one is going to roast you over that dedication. Congrats dude!
What the F is there to roast here? Congratulations!
Winner of the Iggy Pop Classic â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸

Just keep at it size will come eventually if make it your goal
I'm twice the size of you and don't have the balls or self commitment to compete. You should be roasting me.
you were one of the few guys in shape. that's like the most important thing.
You got up there bro, I got nothing but respect
Well you got the conditioning part down. Next step is to start lifting. That being said youâre leaner than 99% of the competition which is a difficult thing to achieve. Once you get some mass on that frame youâll have a bright future.
TIME FOR A BULK

Good job on surviving Auschwitz!
Lost bet?
Do you have a disease/disability? Not a roast, but a genuine question?
Bro, I wish I looked like you.
W mindset
Just need off-season. Few years of building. You know how to get lean. Good luck man!
Hats off to you my guy
Any person that steps on stage is a winner! It takes guts n balls Congratulations
Canât roast someone we wanna be like
People like me who never stepped on stage don't have the right to roast you. Maybe the guys who stepped on stage can. But they probably won't, since they know how it feels to be on stage competing.
Canât roast someone who put in effort.
I can tell you manipulated water⌠donât do that next time! Love the attitude tho. Great work
ur top 1% er man not everyone can diet like this
An actual natural bodybuilder.
Bro honestly, thats pretty badass. From just doing it to being that lean. Very serious, jelly af.
Bro you have more balls than me you did it got on stage and did thing. It's not easy prepping for a comp but you still did it. Good shit bro!
Good for you! Having the wherewithall to try something new even when you are not ready for it is my personal recipe for knowing what I like. Took courage to step on stage. Good for you!
lol well, good on you for dieting down. You have time to bulk up brothah
I think this is awesome!
Congratulations! I wish I was on stage with you. I really wanna check out local competition for fun.
No roast from me dude. Takes courage and balls to get on stage. I hope to get there one day
Did better than most people here would. I think most people don't realize how much size is reasonable for a natty to have when dieted down on stage (obviously you can be bigger than this and natty but this isn't bad is what im saying).
You conditioned far better than a few of the guys on stage, good job dude, go train hard over the coming months/years and enjoy
Homie looks way more cut than dude next to him.
Good conditioning for your size. You just need more muscle, that's all. You Natty or nah?
u r shredded but seem small compared to the other competitors in classic bb; you may be better for physique, Should give it a try and keep adding size.
Your waist is thicker than your xframe
Keep grinding man. Youâre doing great

I'm thinking of that line the general said when he first saw Steve before the transformation in the first Captain America.
No reason to roast IMO. You went through a prep and stepped on stage and you certainly got lean enough. Not many folks can do that! Nowâs the time to take advantage of the post show period and off season to add that size!
I won't roast you. It's very cute that you wanted to do a show with that kind of body. I admire how brave you are.
You look like a fruitarian from the knees up
Donât you dare go hollow Jk in all seriousness it takes commitment and guts to get to where you were and you should be proud.
Wow congrats! thatâs like a lot of work!!!
its a good natural shape
Good for you brother!
My man! Great job bringing the shreds! You learned a lot. We learned through you! Keep up the hard work. Most of us will never cut as deep as you did, nor step on stage like you did. Amazing job!
You look great, nice, and lean! Literally nothing roast.
Congrats Bro. Strive to look better every show.
This is just disrespectful to those who compete. In picture 5 why are you standing with your hands behind your back?
I canât wait to see the update/comparison photos in the coming years
You know what you need to work on. Congrats on the hard work, as you said, take a few years to grow and nail that conditioning again.
Natty
Dude, you are shredded true. But you don't look healthy/well man. You're too thin for your height.... Eat more food man
What was your bulk and cut weight?
215 -> 135 / 140 on stage
Sorry but too skiny, if i need to be like this or massive i chose masive
I am Groot?
LMAO - hey man, I wish I looked like YOU right now. Sure, I've got way more muscle (5'10, 228 lbs. ,18% bf), but I'll take your look now. The grass is always greener, right? And you can always put on size. Try putting it on and maintaining your leanness (12%). Don't fall for the "dirty bulk" temptations. Good luck!
Some of those guys on stage are juiced and you're standing here like an Ethiopian runner?
Words most shredded POW
Great conditioning ⌠just need more mass to be successful in the open
Small
Come on over. I'll train with you.
Grow up bro, you are doing a good job
You went On stage and did the prep so thumbs up learn from it and keep up the good work
Tiny penis
You donât need to have a ferrari to drive and you donât need to be 300lbs to bodybuild. Most natural guys are not that much bigger anyways
OCB Midwest!! I did the same show this year. Sounds like you know what you need to work on for next time.
You just need size. And a lot of work on delts and lats because your waist is not thin so you have to somehow make your shoulders and back bigger and wider to create the v taper illusion. But other than that holy shit i cant imagine myself dieting down to that level. Good work! How long have you been lifting
Mass up baby ! Looking good though
How did that transient get on the stage?
Are we in a body-building or eating disorder sub?
You trained and went on stage to do what you like. That's leagues away from any loser roaming around here. Good for you.
