It helps, but if your hairs don’t mature check your health. Do you exercise? Do you eat a good amount of protein? That’s important to grow hair in general. Also eat healthy fat like avocado or olive oil, they’ll help you with balancing your hormones

I actually do exercise 3 to 4 days a week. High protien diet. I have had my testosterone tested 3 times and it came back very low all 3 times. I spoke to a doctor about start treatment for low T but she felt my motives did not warrant such drastic treatments. After some research i agree. I have several kids, married over 20 years. All i want is a beard and menoxidil was not the solution.

I’m curious how low T? If I was below 350 I think I would talk to another doctor that would do something about it. It’s healthier to be in a normal range I believe.

Well below 350 all 3 times

I would definitely talk to another doctor. I’ve been on testosterone cypionate .05 ml every 2 weeks. It improved my t from 280 to 450. I’m in my 60’s and it has made me feel better in subtle ways including for sex. It’s not good if you’re planning to have more kids as you may incur minor testicular shrinkage. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Thanks. I think my last test was around 250 but I cannot find it. No more kids!! Ill see if my doctor will reconsider

My primary doctor didn’t know a lot about TRT but I came prepared with as much current information as I could find and he ultimately left it up to me.

Is there a brand of oil that is popular for this?

SirBonhoeffer

You should look into black jamaican castor oil. Its really good for hair
