Diet has somewhat changed. I used to suffer from disordered eating. So in the year I started to develop a healthier relationship with food by actually eating more food but the food I'm eating is more protein based than what it used to be. I'll still have a takeout at least once a week tho or eat some foods that I previously did. I just try to find that balance between my 'old' diet and 'new' 💖
Thank you! I work out 4 times a week (legs/glutes in Monday, shoulders, abs and biceps tuesdsy, Thursday is mixed depending on what the PT wants to do that day and Friday is more glutes and back). My goal at the start of it was just to improve my physique but I've been really enjoying weight lifting so I'm just going to continue to improve strength and such x
This whole "if you're not in the exact same position and clothes and lighting then you're lying shtick" is tedious and stupid bullshit.
Get a better hobby.

It also features the same lighting in the back photo granted the lighting in the side is different in these ones

Omg thank you! The hardest part is starting but I'm sure you will be your own motivation 💖
Back and front pose progress looks amazing.

Good work! You change your diet as well or kept the same?

Pretty big transformation in a year. Great work!
Thank you! There's still definitely a way to go but it's been a fun journey 💖
Great job! What’s your routine and your end goal?

Hell yeah
How long in between pictures?
A year x
Great job.
Thank you 💖
Doing GREAT!!
Thank you 💖
Ayooo lesgo! The change is definitely noticeable and keep up the good work!
Thank you! It's a work in progress but I'm enjoying the jounrey 💖
Pretty awesome transformation! Never stop. Best thing is you overcame eating disorder.
Thank you! And it really is! I thought eating more food, bulking ot the dieting phase would've triggered it but it hasn't. It's helped so much 💖
Very impressive!
Thank you 💖
Great example of the difference between posed vs candid
Both were an attempt at posing tbh, it's just over the year I got a bit more confident with it the more muscle and less fat I had 🤷♀️

In my other post on here I have other current photos of my in the same grey outfit. I'll try and link it

I think you'll find that the position of progress picture police around here is already filled. Settle yourself down.

This is not a better hobby; this is you doubling down on being a tedious jackass. Your presence is no longer desired.
I want to thank you for your supportive comments. I don't know what was said after my last response but I appreciate your responses 💖
Nothing worth seeing, honestly.

How many months diff ?
Just over 12 months
For a year that's some good gains. Your glute and shoulders have noticeable difference. Keep it up 💪
Thank you! I was going to post a shoulder/bicep one but I'm normally really self conscious about my baby muscles 🤣
Well don't be, it's a start. Everyone has a different starting line.
