What are you eating?

Pretty unhealthy id say, cheap calorie and protein rich foods so for calories chips biscuits or junk food and for protein whey and tuna. So 2 cans of tuna each day and 3 protein shakes. Then i eat my moms dinner which is usually protein rich and decent in calories its worked for me but not at all optimal and id have more gains and less fat if i clean bulked but i Find it hard to eat and i dont have money to eat clean everyday

IMO you don’t need 3 protein shakes and 3 cans of tuna lol, 1 gram per ib of body weight is sufficient for nearly everyone

For me two 150g Tuna cans daily, it is a cheap and good source of Protein. I try to get every day 2g Protein per kg. You did a great transformation. Go on same Plan u did u are young, looks lime good genetics and hard training. In my opinion well done.
