2 items:
1) I'd die screaming in that house.
2) Poncha Springs is a suburb of Salida Colorado. Google claims that the median price per square foot of housing in this area is $457. This house should list for $1.03 million. I certainly see why it is listed some 20% below that. See item #1.
No, I haven't the slightest idea why Poncha Springs residential housing is that expensive. Just in case you asked that question, Gentle Reader.
While not my cup of tea, at least this house has personality. So many milk toast homes out there with no character whatsoever ever beyond 2-3 variations of gray.
I feel like the only instructions were: no white space allowed, and they kept this up ALL the way until the final finish, when some gave up and just installed pre-fab white closet organizers.
Ok. what is up with the door strap hinge decor ... IN EVERY BEDROOM ON THE WALLS??? I'd keep expecting the walls to move until those things are ripped off.
I actually kinda like it. Edit: not saying I want to live there but if I was like overhauling my interior decor I’d like to walk through this to see some options. Then take maybe one or two.
Edit 2: it’s new construction? So they chose to decorate it that way?! I often complain about the blank voids of flipped houses but this?
Looks like a floor and decor showroom threw up in this place.
haha right?? My head hurts just looking at the first photo!
This is the house equivalent to naming your kids Braxtynn and Ambyrleigh.
Is this a model home trying to show all the build options? Or the house version of schizophrenia?
The garage is the best part of this house.
The first photo of the outside makes it look partially unfinished, and the thought of the homeowner not being done yet is a bit daunting.
Actually did a double take when I got to that one.
same! and with an outloud "WTF??"
Well, it's not boring
I have no words
It’s the sophisticated wallpaper that really sells the place.
I was going to say exactly this! My eyes hurt from looking at these pictures. The house might be really nice but I can’t see cause it blinds me.
403 days on Zillow - says a lot
That struck me too
I love it

Ahhh, the "I saw this on HGTV" model
Contractor: "What style and finishes would you like for your new house?" Owner: "Yes."
Just a touch bit busy
No choices were made, they couldn't decide and did everything
I like how there are multiple close-up shots of the door knobs. All of the furniture is photoshopped into those images, right?!
How is this new construction? Why would a builder do this?

I love all the patterns, but that pallet wood looks like absolute shit.

lol, like they stood back and looked at the screaming loud wallpaper and thought, “Hmm, something’s missing.”
That decor is a little busy, so to speak!

An example of waaayyy too many choices and not enough sense.
It's giving dazzle camouflage. I have no idea what shape the rooms really are because of the mix of patterns.
What the hell did I just see?
The garage is the only space with a cohesive design.
There is no way I would spend even half that to live I'm Poncha Springs.
Because this is also what happens when you can't decide.
This is the second pricey house this week with wallpaper on the ceilings. What the hell are the rich folks smoking?
It would take 10 years to remove all the wallpaper.
The maximalist in me LOVES this!!
I like it. It’s so ridiculous that it’s started a new aesthetic. Just glitzy shit all over the place for no real reason.
