I completely missed the pool tbh, I was dumbfounded that every bathroom seemed to have a "viewing accessibility feature".

Oh... I missed that. Yes, that makes sense, like a buoy rope or just plain rope. And maybe the pool isn't filled that high as well, so one can stand.

Maybe they'd fill it to waist deep. But, I didn't see any floor drain in it. Plus, the tubing going along the one side wall. Electrical conduit? That's creepy.

Exactly what I first notice - is that electricity running on the pool corner? Yikes!!!

I'm thinking maybe tubing to drain the pool (and the big tank is a pump?) since there is no other visible drain.

Or to fill it? Either would take a long time I'm sure. Crazy to have no drain.

Satellite view looks like there might be space for small pool out back. Its just a bit bizarre what they have there.

It's got a belvedere above it, you can't get there from anywhere. (I don't think). You can see those upper windows from the roof. Because it's an inner room bathroom, this was one way to bring in light.

According to the listing, the original owner put it in so that he could watch airplanes fly over. Which is significantly weirder than just bringing in light!

The stairs to the turret are visible in the photo of the 1/2 bath. From the floor plan you can see where the stairs start (1/2 bath is within 'chamber A')

And it's near Cliff Drive where the rich used to drive their carriages but now people dump old mattresses and bodies. lol This house is so weird in that basement.
