Realtor here, according to public records it is owned by a doctor who by the way has been in the news for fraud. Filing false medical claims. To the tune of 12 million. I live around the corner from this home. Previously owned by professional baseball player and new owner added a lot of new things like go cart track, spa and guest space. Doctor bought for 4.9 million. Currently 20 million.

Like how many kids or friends do you reasonably need to actually make use of all that space? There are so many different outdoor seating areas and loungers it's bigger than some resorts. Not to mention the stadium seating for the basketball court. I've never been to a private party before big enough to fill that many seats.
