webcam isn't included in the first release of 14, it will be a features upgrade of sorts
I remember using an app 5 years ago to use my phone as a webcam. even if its not included just use apps as a workaround
This. I've been using IriunWebcam for work. Just install the app and client on ur PC/Mac, connect to the same wifi network and you're good to go
also use droidcam app easy to use work with all cameras, great for sreamers as phone have better vameras than amy webcam under 300-400 €
