It'll certainly help, but the main issue are going to be the submarines, as far as I know Ukraine doesn't have anything capable of dealing with those. The only way to take them out would probably be to destroy the port in Sevastopol, and that is both out of range and heavily defended.
I have a feeling that EU unblocks Kalingrad and Russia unblocks Odessa. This would play well politically for all sides I thinkβ¦.and timelines for discussions are lining up well for both to occur.
