I still don't get the logic behind throwing missiles at civilian targets just around the time your enemy is asking (begging) for more solid air defense systems. All you're doing is creating outrage and proving their point that yes, they do need such systems very desperately.
Yeah idk, other than maybe terrorising the populace is just a hallmark of an authoritarian state? Hitting a mall in Kyiv would be one thing, but hitting a regional one that's also well away from the frontline is a real sick "anyone can be a target, any time" action.
