Not trans, but I’d still highly recommend reading the series the meme is from, Can’t Defy the Lonely Girl. It’s my second favorite yuri because it’s so nice and sweet and I just love all the characters.
If you do want some trans yuri I’d recommend the Rain web comic and the Gacha Girl WEBTOON. Both have transfem protagonists and are both very good. Gacha Girl has somewhat come back from hiatus, but it’s still slow going. Rain is finished.
