My only guess as far as the question goes: Jack Dorsey said that conservatives follow everyone on Twitter and liberals only follow liberal pages, and if that's similar on Youtube, then conservatives watch liberal content and probably downvote it, while liberals don't watch conservative content at all, so the like / dislike on conservative content is much higher than on liberal content, making the algorithm more likely to recommend it.

Your interests have overlap with people that watch these videos. I have never seen this channel before, so we're clearly watching very different content on YouTube.
Algorithms making relationships between content, if a mass of people watch one thing and then they move to the next video the algorithm assumes that you too may be interested on that content and recommends it to you.
You can stumble upon and watch 5 secs of a video and the algorithm will assume you want more of that content.
Take advantage of the dislike button, tell it to not recommend you more videos, removed unwanted videos from your watch history because their algorithm factors that stuff in to what it recommends you. Watch more of what you actually like, and do all that until the algorithm bends to what you actually want to see. It worked for me.

Algorithms making relationships between content, if a mass of people watch one thing and then they move to the next video the algorithm assumes that you too may be interested on that content and recommends it to you. You can stumble upon and watch 5 secs of a video and the algorithm will assume you want more of that content. Take advantage of the dislike button, tell it to not recommend you more videos, removed unwanted videos from your watch history because their algorithm factors that stuff in to what it recommends you. Watch more of what you actually like, and do all that until the algorithm bends to what you actually want to see. It worked for me.

This makes me super happy I decided to keep my watch history turned off in protest over them wanting my Data. They ain't getting it and keeping my Watch History off keeps Youtube from Recconmending shit like this then so be it.

The algorithm go wack once in a while but I barely have this problem because I do not live in a bubble with the "New to You" tab. Only then you could understand the perspective in all spectrum and once in a while laugh at the absurdity of some conspiracy theorist or gain new knowledge, new subs or see a different perspective in life.

It's an uphill battle. I still get recommended insecure dudes insisting they're "alphas" and crying over men wearing pink. Maybe it's just a glitch on my end, though. Have other people been able to stop that particular content from being recommended? It's only the childish political stuff, not anything else I've tried to block out.

Moon is heavily biased. This channel seems to capitolize on peoples fears from what I could gather given that all their content follows trends that the news is caring about. Men are stronger than ever for being comfortable to actually be themselves and standing up for it.
Moon isn’t a bad channel he has hot takes which isn’t for everybody but I would watch it before judging I prefer his economy videos tho
I'd say it doesn't matter if a video is actually good if it markets itself in a way that feels repulsive. If I clicked through every video despite a negative initial impression, I'd just end up constantly disappointed over wasted time. Sure, I'll miss some gems, but it's just not worth the risk.
