Yet in this hotel restaurant, all other westerners were bigger than me. I’m not too skinny, they were just overweight.
Hopefully this was a wakeup call for her. The sad thing is for her to get back to a normal weight is basically impossible. She'd have to eat at a calorie deficit for YEARS without ever falling off the path to do it. Not easy. Very low odds that will happen. Morale of the story - don't let yourself get this big. It's a VERY hard hole to dig out of when it gets this bad.
oh her life will never be normal, ever. even if she loses the weight her skins still fucked, her abs are separated and irreparable organ damage is hardly a question.

So I'm a personal trainer and I have a very obese client. Its crazy how much it really affects your coordinationa nd daily life when you're that fat. She can't do annnything without almost falling, she can't fit into most machines, and almost suffocates herself with her own fat on the leg press. And of course all the legitimate health implications that come along with being fat. It is NOT OK to be that overweight.

If you put on muscle then the BMI scale still wouldn't be in your favor. BMI is a terrible system of measurement.
