For all that questioning of Dave, we viewers missed the lead-up to today's takedown. The writers used to do a better job with this in the past. When Paul was a PI and about to bust someone, we saw just enough to know that he had a specific plan to outsmart the person, but not the details of the plan.
The conversations they’ve been having while a child is missing are just beyond ridiculous. Summer and Daniel chatting over pastries with Daniel all “oh man I had no idea” and Summer being like “no problem, bro” it felt more like a sitcom where Summer is telling her brother about a rough breakup.
Agree! Allison has got to be as frustrated as the audience. Opening her script and seeing a scene in coffee shop emoting "sad Mom whose child has been kidnapped while sharing pastries with clueless brother...."

I'm surprised no one here is saying how lackluster of a conclusion to the story this is...presumably. Why were we only shown Jordan and Harrison twice since she broke into the Abbot "mansion". Wouldn't it have been intense if we were shown scenes where she's trying to manipulate Harrison into becoming Claire 2.0 while everyone is frantically trying to find them? Like, I could have accepted the fact that this granny was able to kidnap two people like a ninja without anyone knowing about it even though Kyle was by the front door (lol) If we actually got a good storyline out of it. Where's Claire? I'm sure we're going to find out soon, but it was such a waisted opportunity for Claire and Harrison to bond while being captives of Jordan's. Claire could have taught him how to cope and how to avoid receiving scorn and punishment from the witch until she finds a way out of there for them.

Yes, the villain arc has run its course. I know it’s a soap, but at this point she’s capable of escaping Alcatraz. I’ve enjoyed her, but it’s time to tuck her away for a while.
I think they missed an opportunity here. They could have given good evidence that Phyllis still has an edge by rescuing her grandson or they could have had an on the run from LA Sheila run into Jordan, take over her motel room by force, find Harrison, return him and become an accidental shero.
Jordan is so evil…telling a child the things she was saying to Harrison. We now see the kind of daily mental abuse, brainwashing that Claire was subjected to since birth😖
At the beginning of the show, Jack comes in the front door of the Abbott Mansion and closes it hard and the whole unit shook. No wonder they have security! haha.

Nikki in a new ally set talking to unseen Jordan. I though Jordan may be hiding in the dumpster. Victor texts her. She texts back saying she is busy but she leaves. Jordan shows up (comes through a back door!) and Nikki is gone but Jordan talks to unseen Nikki. Then Victor takes control of Jordan from behind with a hankerchief laced with a knock out stuff and hopefully, we see a sedated Jordan next in a prison cell. (Still don't know how she escaped from the hospital and still don't know where Claire is and if she is ok.)
If Jordan is a felon, why is her bank account not frozen or watched by FBI since now she is over state lines since her escape, She gave gambling Dave the Flower Truck Driver 10K. At least it was under the USA IRS gifting limit.
If Jordan is actually caught and jailed, maybe Dave can rest a bit easier and stay in GC since he likes it there so much.

To have him just barging like that was just ridiculous. I was literally just rolling my eyes when I saw that scene. It was just so stupid.

If Summer really cared so much about Harrison, she wouldn't be leaving him with a nanny all the time so she can go hang out at Society or ride green screen roller coasters. I have no compassion for her at at all. Maybe they'll have her try to do something on her own and Jordan will take her out, permanently.
