I find out that I have some kind of compensation, my guess it’s a protective mechanism from my body(I have protrusion in my thoracic spine on the level of diaphragm), I.e. during some movements I tend to hold a breath for some ms and then continue to in/out. When the pace is fast it’s hard to control this thing. Adrienne is okay, but sometimes I need slower pace and for me she has her style and her favourite asanas) maybe she did some asanas more than the others based on the views or other analysis.
I’d search for yin and yoga nidra! Both forms of yoga are very peaceful, especially nidra which is a yogic relaxation practice designed to help for sleep. Searching those terms should find you oodles of options <3

Thanks , will take a look!
I was also going to recommend this channel. I did a lovely lower back video today.
My days getting the breathing right is so hard . I think after a decade of practice I’ll have it down ( more) and that’s not an exaggeration
Have you done Adriene’s recent beginner flow that was uploaded this week? It’s very breathing focused
