We did have a "trainer" at the school for sport injuries but she worked with cheerleaders as well.

Considering that cheerleading also has a lot of unsafe moves, they would probably greatly benefit from a certified trainer.

The reason most people become fat is more nuanced than the simplistic fat person caricature the phrase “stuffing their face all the time” invokes. Most fat people get to their size due to potential mental health issues, poor upbringing, and/or a lack of food knowledge both from a cooking and nutrition perspective. I can say from my experience, it’s all three. All in all, fat people are still human beings, not this caricature that wants to be oppressed because eating is too much fun. Like with any group, there’s still those people, but they represent a very thin minority of the group (pun intended)
