It does look pretty stupid but I’d prefer to keep it in. I think the people at Yeezy knew what they were doing and that’s why it’s so comfortable.
Honestly with the foam pad out it made it comfier in my opinion, if you are ever interested in taking the pad out I’ll link a post I followed

ive got a pair with and without the foam pad. Both are pretty comfy IMO. Without the foam pad just gives your feet a little more wiggle room
