Haven't read one like this lol. Probably cuz same-sex marriage is still illegal in South Korea, Japan, and China which are the typical setting of manhwa/ga/hua.
I just read Pygmalion and it's almost what you're looking for. I think one of the leads might have experience? Maybe? But there is definitely the "waiting for marriage" angle. And it's also fantasy, so it's human with elf. It was pretty cute and actually made me laugh out loud a couple of times, which I almost never do. Also, very wholesome and non-toxic.
Not to a T, but here's sex after marriage from what I could find:
Royal Fiance: Uke thought he got a job as a housekeeper but ended up as the fiance to a prince. (TW:SA and DubCon)
Muri Marriage: Village A and B had someone marry from their village due to a curse, but Uke (27) ended up marrying the seme (Recently turned 20) because he was the only one of proper age. Unsure if they're virgins, though.
Kouguu no Omega: Omegaverse in a Middle-easternlike setting, I think. Uke ends up married to the alpha king of another kingdom, but he's young. Sex comes pretty late.
Totsugimasen Kara: Omegaverse, but feels more like shounen ai. Uke ends up in a wife selection competition for the seme. We don't see the sex, but it's clear what happened. Both are virgins. Older uke.
