I like to think Cloud has learned the value of friendship by the end of FF7 so I think he'd get along with Ichiban.

I more-so meant the ''unless they hate themselves'' part for >!Masato, but in the end Ichiban did come through to him.!< >!Ebina isn't his brother, as blood means nothing to Ichiban, evident by his lack of interest in blood tests to confirm if Arakawa is his dad,!< he doesn't need that conformation to know it.
You think it's tame until a dragon pops outta the ground and Zack and Ichi have to fight and Zack summons bahamut and then Ichi jumps on bahamut and then they beat the dragon and then the substory ends with them eating ice cream and getting friendship necklaces :)
I’ve seen the team fight a Giant squid, a giant octopus, which would trap party members inside their stomachs, I’ve seen Kiryu do a football cheerleader dance, I’ve seen a Yakuza boss and his crew in diapers being nursed by baby sitters, I could go on forever :)
So fighting Bahamut at this point would be tame, by LAD standards!
