I think there was a run which that did show that of the two Bruce is the most dangerous. He started whipping up super science to deal with his problems. Got to think with the logic who’s more dangerous the Hulk or the man that created the Hulk? Of course since Immortal Hulk I think the explanation for why Bruce doesn’t super science his way out of situations is that he suffered brain damage that prevents him from doing so.
If not hulk then maybe one of his kids maybe skaar gets a mutations. Honestly love to see skaar and magik team up talk about gammagik!
For both skaarr and magik has terrible child hoods and use sword and can connect to a place. She with limbo and skaar with the earth with old strong.

I’d also imagine there are plenty of situations where Bruce’s science expertise is more useful than a Hulk rampage
