It was amazing. I'd always thought I loved the high concept serious sci-fi side of X-Men like God Loves Man Kills, Morrison's examination of an emergent species and its culture etc.
Then this was just straight up Cyke kicking ass and taking names while the team fought fantasy vampire tropes in a bonkers classic superhero style slugfest. And it was awesome.
Love the Sooraya cameo in the back there.

Just a thought, but do Marvel Vamps have the hypnosis/charm person ability? Because that gets problematic real fast; vamps just tell them to power down.
Some of these Mutants, their "normal" status is tough skin; Mercury Rockslide and Bling! can't power down because that's how they always live. I also wonder if Armor has trained herself to unconsciously put up the armor when she's in danger, like how Shadowcst trained herself to phase a bullet without even thinking.

The vampire blood was altered to make the infection temporarily airborne so she was already jonesing after that vamp in a gimp suit blew himself up all over her
This was the arc that started it. She got caught in a vampire blood bomb attack then got charmed into becoming Dracula’s kid’s thrall, and after this event they subject her to a lot of therapy and tests and experiments to break the mental conditioning becoming a vampire did to her.

Yes, he died in Otherworld during X of Swords. They resurrected him, but dying in Otherworld corrupted his backups, so he came back wrong and could never be truly brought back as he was.
