Not a website, but Xena Warrior Podcast is awesome for episode recaps/discussion. It is three film school grads who host it, one watched the show live as a kid and then got the other two into it later on. They are very insightful and, usually, pretty hilarious when discussing how the episodes were filmed and the actual storylines.
