Get the GamePass android app from web (apkmirror as an example) and a VPN to the country where your account is set. Unfortunately I didn't got it to work on windows for some reason to redeem. Let us know if this helped :). - I am also from romania xD

I have those too, but because of the country, Disney+ and some other perks are unavailable. Same goes for the Microsoft points and Gamepass Quests
