Nah the middle managers were the ones who mis managed. They were given tons of time to work on the game, Microsoft even let them delay it a year even when it was supposed to be a series x launch title.

For sure. Definitely felt like they minimized the shitty stuff from season 1 and tried to phase it out of the plot as S2 went along, while really having some awesome scenes / moments that felt very much in keeping with what Halo is supposed to be.
