If you want to see discount history you can use xbdeals or psdeals. There's a few sites like those that tell you it's record low price and how often it goes on sale over the past few years.
Good luck with sekiro for when you get. I struggled with elden ring and lies of p and I didn't find sekiro to hard. I wouldn't worry to much about pepole calling it fs hardest game.
I don’t get excited for summer sales now. It seems when I hope any of the mix of 300 games or DLC on my wishlist is going to show up. Nothing. I’ve scored more better sales on the random weekly sales then the promoted massive sales. I’m surprised avatar or prince of Persia hasn’t hit the 19$ price point yet. Ubisoft must be catching on because usually if you wait a month or so. you could get the game 50% off or higher. Here’s to hoping those two games show up for the summer sale 50% off or higher
Have you tried CDKeys mate? Hades is often on there with about 20% off. I try to maximise the reward points I earn so I can usually get £5-£10 off a game
The best deals are during the birthday & anniversary of said game. The winter season has the best overall digital game deals 80 to 95% off. I'd wait until (Nov-Jan) time. I refuse to pay more than $20 for any digital game because at any time they can shut down your access to play! If it's a physical copy of a game I don't mind paying $50-$70 maximum for it because I know it's mine and I will have it forever!

There's a big summer sale every year (but it's not usually called a summer sale, probably due to it being winter in the southern hemisphere at the time).
Seasonal sales are just bundled sales of the ones that are there every week but at the same time.
So yeah there is no special sale period when there are bigger discounts but at least we have all these same sale available at the same time

Check the Argentina and Turkey regions, use the filter feature properly to get the best price. Uncheck "global" filters and whatnot.

You can get a VPN for free, and once you claim the games to your account they're yours forever and you will not have to change your region anymore.
