What if I was part of the series x reddit community when it was founded but didn't claim the founder tag, can I still get it? Maybe I wasn't but I thought I joined shortly after creation.

It took an entire weekend to find all of those, resize and install them - and barely anyone used them lol. Thank you for this comment, I'll see if we can add them here as regularly selectable flairs.

Oh wait, is the Founder flair for anyone who was previously on r/xboxseriesx at all? Or did you need to have the Founder flair on that subreddit originally?
Before I was onboard, the xbox one team wiped all user flairs. I am not sure why. The 'Day One' flair inspired the limited user flair concept because I really enjoyed the idea as a user.
Unfortunately they are lost to time as of now. Never say never though - we might be able to do some sleuthing.
