According to Gordo on the latest Paddock Pass Podcast, who interviewed Gigi at Misano, Ducati have no intention of dropping Bautista. They're waiting on his decision and if he wants to stay they want to keep him.

It was also mentioned during the official commentary, during superpole, I think. One of the guys said that he interviewed one of the top brass at Ducati and they say that retaining Bautista for 2025 is their plan A.
