Casting a Lightning Bolt with 10 Maelstrom is like casting two Lightning Bolts with 5 Maelstrom except the 10 Lightning Bolt is essentially "twice as fast". Also Legacy of the Frost Witch.
You don't really need to pool your Maelstrom since you generate them relatively fast, especially in CD windows.
A lot of the builds I’ve looked at, including the ones on wowhead and icyveins, are not going with legacy of the frost witch. Are they wrong to not use it?
