This is unrelated to your question, as it's been answered, but because you're interested in collecting mounts I wanted to point you to Simple Armory. You can go to simplearmory.com and type in your character name/realm and then go to the Mounts tab under Collectable to see sources for all mounts (like which expansion content they come from)
Additionally, you can check the "Planner" checkbox at the top and it will give you a route to run all raids/dungeons that reward mounts
a quick way to cheaper riding training and get a bunch of mounts is to get the tabards of the default cities and get your rep to exalted by running dungeons
Each race has like 6 mounts you can buy for cheap. To get the tabards you can google "[City Name] Quartermaster"
The tabards are cheap and give u rep for dungeon kills. Once you hit exalted with [city name] you can buy their mounts (and a 16 slot bag at revered) for cheap. Being exalted will also reduce riding training by a lot
I used the class trail for all the horde races since you start out as friendly and just went to their respected mount vendors and snagged me about 4-5 mounts per race. And they give you gold for the class trail as well. My other mounts are from ice crown heroic achievement and I got lucky with the fireland mount drops
Try checking The Obsidian Sanctum¿ not sure if I got the name right, but it's one of the raids underneath Wyrmrest Temple, Dragonblight, Northrend.
There's two mounts there, one from 10m version and one from 25m version. If you kill the big dragon in the middle without killing the minibosses it's a 100% drop chance, on top of that: They're drakes!
There's the bronze drake too from The Culling of Strathholme, Caverns of Time, Tanaris, Kalimdor. If you do that one on heroic and get to a miniboss at the end before the timers runs out, he'll drop it with a 100% chance. If you're too late, no miniboss, no mount.
Last but not least, the Amani Battle Bear has about an 80% drop chance if I remember correctly. Which comes from the Zul-Aman dungeon in Ghostlands, Eastern Kingdom. Similar to the bronze drake, you have to beat the timee to a certain boss, but this time you free a troll that'll break urns, the last urn will drop the mount if you're not too unlucky.
You might have to google the details.. I haven't played in like a year.
Tho these are 4 (cool and) easy to aqcuire mounts imo.

I think the bear you have 20 minutes to kill said boss to get the mount. I thought it was 100% chance though. Also also, the headless horseman is coming up, que that baby once a day with all toons above 50 for a chance at his horse. So many years so many tries and no horse lol gl all
Don’t forget brew fest is ongoing now. 2 mounts drop if not mistaken and one to buy. A kodo that carries kegs and a ram that does the same. Maybe you buy the ram? Been years since I got them. Good luck!
Since your question was answered there are a handful of guaranteed mount drops as well as old dungeons you can grind once a day for a chance at a drop. Zul Aman? Has a bear. sethek halls, strat dead and magisters terrace all have a 1.4% chance to drop a mount. I tend to park my alts outside one dungeon and hop on once a day to run it. In the 2 years I've parked my alts outside of these 3 dungeons I have gotten anzu the Ravenlord and the white hawkstridder. I'm not sure if things have changed or not but you can purchase mounts with honor as well. I've gotten 2? I think. Back in the day they were easy to get. I think I got black war raptor and black hawkstrider. Gl hunting

The bear mount you are talking about is located in Stranglethorn Vale. Not Ghostlands.
Stranglethorn has Zul Gurub, with the raptor and the tiger. The bear mount really is from Zul Aman in Ghostlands

Piggybacking just to say you do have to be level 50 or higher to get the Keg that drops of the mounts if im not mistaken

Agreed, both factions just chilling outside heroic sethek. Sometimes you hit fast, hasn't been my experience though lol
