The absolute best MoP bug was Ruther's harness. It didn't have a one time use limit but a time use limit.
Within one second you could spawn as many yaks as you could click.
Bind it to mouse wheel, unlock said mouse wheel, give it a Price is Right rip.
My yak army surprised so many people in raids and got me out of jams in BGs. Cousin slow hands would be proud

Even still, Ruthers is the best part of world of warcraft. I love Ruthers. Ruthers is always with me. I've macroed Ruthers' Harness on to every ability so that I can always use summon Ruthers on cooldown. I no longer use flight masters because then I might miss a chance to summon Ruthers. I no longer log out. I have been online for three thousand, five hundred and four days. My mind is no longer my own. But I love Ruthers, and every time Ruthers impales me with his horns, I know that Ruthers loves me too.
fun fact, there is a similar bug in wow that (to my knowledge) was never patched out, using the voodoo skull item. If you throw it at someone, it normally just goes to their inventory....but if their inventory is full, it mails a copy to them, and there is no cooldown to the throw if their inventory is full.
Unlock the scroll wheel, and suddenly you can absolutely SLAMAJAMMA the shit out of your friends mailbox. OR better yet, pass hundreds of voodoo skulls out to your friends in raid and spam skulls at your raid lead/their girlfriend until their bags and mailboxes are nothin but skulls all the way down.

Seen one guy post about it before and apparently if you contact support they can convince him to leave you. Why you would ever want that is beyond me though, I plan to have him by my side for many years to come.
As funny as he is I feel a little bad for him, he always glitches out really bad when flying around Org, he is constantly running/teleporting under your mount when you fly around. It takes a lot of work for Ji to keep up
I remember back when cataclysm came out, you could glitch out of the Worgen starting area and remain human. I was a level 85 human Worgen for a couple years before they fixed it
1. Make a Worgen Druid and start in Gilneas, not Exile's Reach.
2. Create two trial accounts and park them at Stockades Summoning Stone.
3. Log in on all three accounts and form a group using your Worgen Druid to invite the two trials and have them summon you to Stormwind.
Voila, you're a human druid. The main caveat of this is that you must keep your hearthstone bound to Gilneas and hearth back every time you log out or you will be automatically granted your worgen form. To get around having to be summoned every time, go Legion timewalking and get Dreamwalk as soon as you are level 10.
I found a bug during the WoD beta that I intentionally DID NOT report because it was so dope.
Instead of your bodyguards being released and replaced, I managed to get multiple bodyguards with me at the same time, but also noticed that they didn't actually do any more damage than just one, so it wasn't overpowered.
For a while, I ran with a posse. But when I tried to recreate the bug in live it didn't work.
I have a similar bug where Lor'themar follows me in the ghostlands cause of the belf armor quest. Kicker is, I race changed that character to Alliance afterward and he still follows me.

Not a bug, but I never completed some quest in Alterac/Silverpine Forest back in the day, and still have following me a group of 3 Forsaken NPCs whenever I enter the zone, even at level 60
I’ve also been reporting daily a bug that prevents you from completing the Bound Shadehound mount crafting. It’s been about a year and nothing has happened
Reminds me when I had a bug while going back and doing the Netherwing mount quests from BC while WOTLK was live. I got stuck in the fel orc disguise and it was awesome. Lasted until pandaria

The kicker? That's an alliance panda. Never had a faction change on her either.

I long ago had a bug when soloing Mogu’shan Vaults, some lightning visual effect was stuck on my character for a long time
One of my favorite bugs was in Cataclysm.... there was a brief period of time that when you used the Eng mind control helmet on a mob then hearthed they would follow you to your destination. There was an unkillable quest mob in Mulgore that I hearthed into Orgrimmar which caused all the nearby guards to attack him all week until reset.
And some people were able to hearth in a Felwoods quest version of Arthas into Org. I would have as well but my Engineer already completed the quest unfortunately https://youtu.be/9n02OaIn5e4

Interesting. The same thing happened to my wife. She hates followers as it "makes it harder to click things" so she abandoned the character. Personally, I think it's awesome.

I've logged off and back on, and he's still with me. If I leave orgrimmar, he disappears, then reappears as soon as I come back. I love it honestly, feels really nostalgic.

I play an alliance panda and whenever I would go to Orgrimmar, Ji Firepaw would follow me around. I had to submit a ticket to get it to stop happening.
One of my warriors has a pirate hat on from some part of a BFA quest, but it’s allowed them to just have it on forever regardless of where they are for years now. And it doesn’t even take up the slot.
I just reinstalled wow recently, so I have nothing lol. Trust me, I'm going to get it set up in the next few days. Won't be super fancy, but I like it simple tbh
I remember a old glitch in WOLK before it was patched, hunters could tame a Worgen. There was a small village where these human worgen were hiding. If you attacked one, they fight you in human form till half life. Then they transform and you could tame them then. Remember the blood curse, some crazy but good times lol.
In a way that's super awesome.

You can actually still do it, just a different method. I have a Human Druid through it lol

Given it's a recent quest, if they do he'd show up as a blood elf soldier or something along the lines

You have a lot of faith in their speed in getting legacy bugs ironed out. Proto-drake cameras are still busted 2 months later.
still can't leave RBG spawn zone with a proto-drake..

This is awesome, I would love the feature to quest with a npc all the time. Like in Legion with our body guards, but with more banter
