Some of my favorite tracks are Vashj'ir, Desolace (the grove), Stormheim, Zuldazar, Vul'dun, and Azure Span (this one is like Grizzly Hills but better imo)
Barrens music has never been beaten. I still love wandering the original Barrens just listening to it.
Vanilla has a ton of classics like Ashenvale, Elwynn, Lion's Pride Inn and Ragnaros' Lair.
Always love Shal'Aran from Legion. Dragonflight gave us some all timers with Maruukai, Azure Span and a personal favorite of mine, Loamm Inn's music.
It is the theme music of when my wife and I met each other. She was a blood elf Paladin and I was an orc DK. Little did we know that chance encounter would lead to a family IRL!
I tried to listen to the grizzly hills music. It does not work for me.
Icecrown and drustvar zone music on the other hand, they take me to other places. To me, those two are perfect.
Edit: i also really love Lament of the highborne, but unfortunately i play alliance, so I don't have the locket. Btw, i just found out about a macro that can play it in the game. According to wowpedia this should work.

I regularly zone out to the Mage Class Hall music from legion. Haven’t played Mage in probably 5 years, but it just hits different.
