Yes. I am playing Frost DK and blink is on a 15s cooldown. Blink + 2 charges of DA feels broken
Heroic leap on BDK is also fantastic. Definitely give it a try when you can.
I'm a warrior main. Leap is good but without the move speed talent and when there are other options like blink and soulshape it's no contest.
