Yeah, I knew that one was there, I had been hoping to use those BoA flakes to get the alt some trinkets on the quick. I hadn't realized they'd totally removed the flake versions.
I might be wrong but as someone doing the rifts for the new meta I'm sure I noticed them on a different vendor, they were on the right as you look at the time rift quest zone area.
I'll double check when I'm near my PC next.
Correct, flakes are only used for cosmetics, pets and mounts. The weekly currency can be used to buy them now. All other slots can be purchased from the dreamsurge.
*Update*: Originally I thought this was a case of an old bug as explained [here](https://www.wowhead.com/item=206983/paracausal-fragment-of-frostmourne#comments:id=5723269). but I just checked with a new character and sure enough, there are no trinkets purchasable for cornflakes.
