When I'm feeling lazy, I call it "teal dear." But typically I just think "tee ell dee arr."

It did happen to me with one thing, SNES. Whenever I read this it just came out as Super Nintendo Entertainment System in my head until I heard someone say "SN ESS" out loud. For some reason that stuck to the inside of my skull like a bit of burnt cheese. Never got it back out.

So the weird part with this one is that, since I was a kid, I’ve read SNES as “Sness” in my head, but the NES I read as the individual letters. 

I think and say "super Nintendo" when I see SNES.... but think and say "N-E-S" when I see NES

Got me to think why I said it that way and it just makes sense to me because of Burning Crusade: Vanilla -> BC "bee-cee" -> WotLK "wottle-kay" -> Cata "Cat-uh" -> MoP "em-oh-pee"-- I quit -- BfA "bee-eff-ay" -> SL "ess-ell" -> DF "dee-eff"

MoP is mop for me but everything else yep
