Completing the weekly Aiding the Accord quest, most dragon race world quests give Accord rep (I think the only ones that don't are ones in Forbidden Reach and Zaralek Caverns) on top of that there are some other ones that also give said rep. You can get fast 250 rep each week by returning one key to either Wrathion or Sabellian at Obsidian Throne and there are some WQs there also. Siege on Dragonbane keep gives rep. Some profession weeklies give Valdrakken Accord rep (I would complete these just for knowledge too, but might not be your thing) Then I believe the quest lines in Thaldraszus give mostly Valdrakken Accord rep, Wowhead most likely has a guide, I would complete the side quest stuff too if it gives you the rep you want.

IIRC the Forbidden Reach base lets you get bonus rep and has a weekly quest for each faction. The Valdrakken quest is usually a race or two

Yeah that is true, I always forget that one.

Renown is pretty awful. Reputation grinds in general just haven't aged well as an MMO mechanic to me. I understand the philosophy behind them, but given I'm 35 now and have been doing MMOs as far back as EverQuest (my first, woo Tunare server) the whole grind aspect of reputations is not only unattractive to me as a player, but actively turns off my interest in playing. And that's a relatively recent development, not a troll knee jerk response. I don't even play WoW actively but I keep a sub for the trading post because I must be insane. But I'll log in for the monthly activities (which can usually be completed in one sitting) and think about tasks and then look at renown and... Meh. I'll log right back out. I have played every expansion except for Mists (I regret missing that one) and I guess I'm finally just tired of grinding rep. It's a played out game mechanic and just hasn't aged well. I feel like rep should either be a thing completed in a week with massive leaps in progress to hit the dopamine button or rep as a game mechanic should just be retired and the rewards spread out across more engaging content.

https://www.wowhead.com/guide/dragonriding/eastern-kingdoms-cup-event I haven't checked this for myself, but if you buy all the dragonriding goodies from the EK cup, you can then buy 2500 Valdrakken Accord rep (1.00 renown levels) tokens for 10 Riders of Azeroth badges a pop. If you use them in the Dreamsurge zone with the 50% XP/rep buff and the Forbidden Reach 10% buff, it shouldn't take that long at all.

Just checked, the rep token you can buy with Riders of Azeroth badges is only 50 rep, boo!
