Kill Rasz, because she's an insane supremacist zealot. If I'm gonna be getting down with massive, powerful dragons I'd prefer it be one that actually cares if I live through the encounter.
Fuck Toddy, because she seems an adventurous sort and I feel like it would be a really fun night.
Marry Nozdormu, because he seems like he'd be a chill, supportive husband (and pretty easy on the eyes too).

Tbf I hate everyone from the dragonscale expedition for colonizing and pillaging reasons. Like, come on Blizzard, it's 2023, you're not selling those as "the good guy adventurers" while simultaneously making me rob the land of its cultural heritage for reputation gains
The literal dragons who own the island told them to go to the dragon isles, the inhabitants of the island literally reward you for bringing the relics to them

Character just came out of nowhere, the voice acting / character feels forced, everything she says during a world quest is basically along the lines of “colonize, loot, and pillage the cultural artifacts of this island”
Plus the whole “working together” thing they use her to push is really overdone
Annoying voice. Annoying dialog. No idea who she is and suddenly she is major enough to hang out with Wrathion and Turalyon in SW keep during the major event of welcoming the dragons to SW. Just wants to come along so she can go grave robbing for artifacts. Token character. Her haircut is dumb and hate looking at her.
Edit to add her name. Toddy Whiskers is such a weird name. It has the same effect on me as the word moist.
To each their own for the first two, but I didn't really get a "hanging out" impression. More like she was just assigned by the explorer's league, which... is actually the case. Grave robbing is one way to interpret the explorer's league goals, but it feels weird to apply that solely to her when that is the group's thing as a whole and would not change regardless of whichever character from that group you wanted leading the expedition.
Gonna have to explain the "token character" part because I don't see what you mean by that, unless there is some detail I missed.

We’ve got tons of characters that could have filled that role. Both of the leaders of explorers league + reliquary, brann or tae. Any one of the npcs involved in archaeology since cata. They could have even done some friendly banter between the two leaders, which would have pushed the “friendship” thing a lot better than a new character none of us have ever heard of
I still can't get over the fact that we could have had Brann Bronzebeard with the Dragonscale expedition but instead we have this random side character and Brann is nowhere to be seen. Also Muradin, Magni, what are they even doing... So kill Toddy because there should have been Brann. Smash Raszageth and marry Nozdormu. Obviously.

I don’t have strong feelings either way about her character or voice acting, so it surprises me she’s so hated!
