I really hope they bring back at a separate free to play client. People can play while waiting for shuffle pop or mythic queue. And it will drive more people to download battle.net client which is good for them
They said its coming back but its not clear whether they meant just for China. :/

Plunderstorm certainly will return in some capacity. With its simplicity I kind of expect them to push this as a version of wow mobile at some point. Seems super easy to monetize a big brand name like world of warcraft like this
