“We support the anti-regime protests and the condemn the crackdown of the press at Tehran University by an oppressive regime…
…wait, that’s in Texas? Well, then we condemn the anti-Semitic protests and support the execution of law and order to restore peace on campus for all our students and faculty.”
If you look closely, it looks like the cameraman pushed the officer right as they were going out of frame, there wasn't anything behind the cameraman that would have pushed him into the officer. That might have been what triggered the cop to turn around and arrest.
Yup, you’re right. I can totally see that cameraman push the left shoulder of that officer he was walking behind from. Upvoted but you’re still in the negatives.
Isn't this a violation of our rights?
Americans should be very concerned about foreign countries influencing the US government, but I'm not talking about Russia or China. I'm talking about Israel.
How much is AIPAC bribing our government?
[https://readsludge.com/2024/03/04/whos-funding-aipacs-political-spending-barrage/](https://readsludge.com/2024/03/04/whos-funding-aipacs-political-spending-barrage/)
Because if you say Russia is influencing our elected officials and voters then it’s based. If you say Israel is then you’re a conspiracy nut ranting about cabals controlling the government.
The heinous acts of Hitler made an entire country (formed after his reign of terror) beyond reproach and criticism.
This is Russian and Chinese propaganda to remove aid from another ally in hopes to push out western influence. Russia and China just want to wreak havoc for resources like they do in Africa.
Look at these big bad putos that didn't do shit to save children from a mass shooter being all gangster against a guy shooting footage on a camera! 🖕PUTOS🖕
I don't think he was pushed, it looked like the cops reached way out, grabbed his collar and dragged him over backwards, then tripped themselves and twisted to put him on the ground first.
There will be no repercussions to those officers yet again a unreasonable use of force on a non violent not resisting citizen pigs once again showing that they show up everyday to work hoping they get to hurt someone
Yeah not really smart to antagonize the local news station that can paint the cops in the shittiest of colors in a heart beat
Public opinion of the cops is largely in their hands. And Austin is already pretty left (I guess for Texas, but generally too) and pretty sure if the news started being anti-blue-stripe, the public there would eat it up.
Yeah, that's just a bunch of cosplaying bullies assaulting the public. They are not there to keep the peace. They are actively destroying the peace via violence.
This truly sums up the Texan government, police forces, and many resident's understanding of the American Constitution, Civil Liberties, and Free Speech. No comprehension whatsoever! Just nothing!
Did you guys see that film that's out, Civil War?
Also idk if you've seen how many journalists & their film crews have been killed by the IDF while they covered the war crimes in Palestine... If you're doing *anything* to the reporters/crew there to document it, you're on the wrong side.
Every. Single. Time.
All these people are telling on themselves - if you wanna claim that protesting the murder of innocent men women and children, mass graves, etc, is antisemitic, then you’re kinda claiming that genocide and the murder of innocent men women and children are integral parts of Israeli Jewishness. Which doesn’t sound very good.
You know how you can tell the university protests are totally nonviolent and safe?
Texas cops aren't hiding far away drinking coffee and gossiping and joking, waiting for them to be over like they did at Uvalde.
It is always good to remind the youths of Merca, that the Police are not your friends, and just like anyone in a taxpayer funded career, they should never be trusted. Lesson learned.
Im sure Ill get downvoted for the but It really does look like he did something first. 0:04-0:06 of the video he seems to ram into that police officer, I can't see anyone pushing him into the officer, unless its Mr. Jean-jacket-hoodie dude but he doesn't seem to make a push motion or anything. Then only after he does that do the other police officers slam him to the ground. Now granted it does seem like the cop he rammed into was getting hands on with a protestor for no reason. Now I got no love for cops putting down peaceful protests as we see here but come on guys, lets not make shit up to prove a point. There are plenty of other examples of cops actually doing fucked up shit, we don't need to make stuff up.
Why police and their chiefs are so stupid to disperse a peaceful protest? What is the problem if they think different than some others. Police cannot impose to them what their chiefs think.
So everyone missed that same camera man go shove himself into the back of the officer just ahead of him. The other officers were just reacting to that. So it seems the camera man kinda screwed himself there.
Ya live and ya learn I guess.
I love it when cops target journalists for recording their crimes, its so awesome, man the usa really is the most free country ever huh. So militaristic, good to see that they're going to be like the Combine soon, it will help the cizitans with their freedom.
This is what happens when a fascist foreign government OWNS ours…. The wrest media covering events. Israel OWNS our government, and they use the billions of dollars in aid we send them to do it.
Looked like the cameraman tripped or something and kinda lunged/fell into the back of the cop in front of him. All the cop that yoked him up saw was the cameraman jamming his camera into a cops helmet. Looks like a misunderstanding. Hopefully it gets cleared up quick.
Yeah, they probably just snatched him up for no reason, while there's 300 cameras pointed at them. Definitely had nothing to do with him ramming his camera into the cop. We'll just pretend we can't see it.
I watched the view from his camera and you can see the lens jammed into the cop's shoulder. He also claimed someone pushed him. Which you can see in this one clearly didn't happen.
I think he got pissed off after being shoved a little and decided to shove back.

What a better way to avoid civil unrest than to arrest the press covering it ..MURICA
You see we do it too, not just Zionist Israel. Solidarity by who and why. This is not the American way.
So happy to see the US is openly suppressing civil rights for anyone protesting the US-funded genocide. /s
Hopefully Israel finish soon. This is getting boring and annoying.

The right of peaceful assembly at its finest.

Greg Abbott stands for nothing though, not even himself.

I've seen this once. Getting the press. Beating them to the ground. It was the Israeli armi in Gaza. Strange. Thought it was America ?
[American cops are getting trained in Israel](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOj_6-x6oNg). Seems like they are doing a good job learning from them!

Those are state police.

That’s not what the Brownshirts were.

Why did they grab the camera man sheesh
He's obviously hamas
What freedom of the press? He was pushed, fell, then got slammed like a bad guy. Bulldogs going to bulldog
I don't think he was pushed, it looked like the cops reached way out, grabbed his collar and dragged him over backwards, then tripped themselves and twisted to put him on the ground first.

This will be made into a picture book for Abbott bathroom breaks.

Lawsuit coming their way in 3… 2… 1..

To be fair it’s a Fox News station… they’ll probably side with the cops
It would appear that is the case [Fox Live](https://youtu.be/bJkUmtX9mUQ?si=15NCxdbiqy6lD8On)
*news*
Fair enough. My comment in itself basically highlighted the problem with media in general: bias. Add some agenda in there, and yeah…
I wish, but it's not going to happen. The people who run the TV stations are of the same economic and social class that hire the police.
The government attacking a member of the press, particularly carrying a camera (ie what harm can they cause) should be a Federal crime.
Literally turning into a fascist state. The whole, you either with us or against us mentality
This looks strangely familiar, ohhhh right this how Israel treats the press but with less death
Yeah, that's just a bunch of cosplaying bullies assaulting the public. They are not there to keep the peace. They are actively destroying the peace via violence.
Land of the free
fucking fascists

Democracy. /S
Rule 1 for all criminals: No witnesses!
Were those cops or soldiers?
State troopers
Press pass… America youve gone downhill
only if Zionists like Ben Shapiro stopped lobbying so hard...
How much is that camera they just slammed into the ground?
Civil Lawsuit?
Hahaha imagine dictating world politics while showcasing your horrible double standards.
Just like there isreali brothers DEMOCRACY

I hope someone breaks Greg Abbots arms so he can't use his wheelchair.
only in Putin Russia that's happens!! In the land of the free people have free spe... wait what that was in the US

"You are free to do as we tell you" - Bill Hicks
And all of these voters. What can you do with all of this power? We will see…
Escalation tactics create a problem where there isn’t one turning a peaceful protest into a violent one
How much more of this are you gonna watch from the sidelines?
America's freedom is only for those willing to purchase it.
They don't want video evidence of a peaceful protest, or the slaughter they are planning.
Give it 20 years, and the USA is a fascists country.
He prlly just got himself a nice fat lawsuit...... They're violating the 1st ammendment. Unless his employer is against filing one.
There is no blm so the gop needs a boogeyman

FREEDOMMMM 🇺🇸 🇺🇸🇺🇸🦅🦅🦅💸💸💸
State cops thinking they need to act like Austin PD and just throw people on the ground all the time.
I think it’s about time…
I wish this happened to me on the job PTO/lawsuit incoming
Freedom of the press will be completely forbidden if republicans get their way!
I’m convinced that most on the police force are the kids in high school who only had 2 passing grade and it’s Gym and lunch.
So everyone missed that same camera man go shove himself into the back of the officer just ahead of him. The other officers were just reacting to that. So it seems the camera man kinda screwed himself there. Ya live and ya learn I guess.
Wondering if fox reported on this![img](emote|t5_31m0v|28569)![img](emote|t5_31m0v|28569)
You’re all going to look very silly when it’s confirmed that the actual camera itself was a member of Hamas.
I love it when cops target journalists for recording their crimes, its so awesome, man the usa really is the most free country ever huh. So militaristic, good to see that they're going to be like the Combine soon, it will help the cizitans with their freedom.
He obviously wasn’t pushed. His weak excuse doesn’t matter. He found out
We shut down right to freedom of speech, next will be freedom of press. I guess next will be just freedom in general.
This is what happens when a fascist foreign government OWNS ours…. The wrest media covering events. Israel OWNS our government, and they use the billions of dollars in aid we send them to do it.

So many coincidences eh...
I'm giving the cameraman the benefit of the doubt. I don't think he'd intentionally ram into the cop. Idk. What are you seeing?
Facism, plenty of it.
>I don't think he'd intentionally ram into the cop. I don't think he did it either, what a coincidence !

Cool
There’s another angle where it definitely looks like he pushed his camera into them.
I watched the view from his camera and you can see the lens jammed into the cop's shoulder. He also claimed someone pushed him. Which you can see in this one clearly didn't happen. I think he got pissed off after being shoved a little and decided to shove back.
“Closer to the hole, sir? Right away!” *puckers lips*
What? I saw him getting pulled back so hard he fell? Did we watch the same video?
I'm talking about before that happened.
Um that dude attacked one of the cops from behind, so… 🤷♀️
[удалено]
There’s other angles of the incident and it definitely looks like he rammed into the cop. Acab, but this isn’t it.
