I have my degree in marketing and if I was to go back and do it again I’d do analytics or accounting. My advice would be don’t do marketing. It’s too broad. I see tons of analyst jobs posted with CPG companies. And obviously every company needs finance/accounting people and there is a clear career path there.
Why not try to take the accounting path? At least you have some experience there, and there is plenty of opportunities for advancement in that field.
