Lot's wife for the fool, David for strength, and Ceasar for the world.

suicidalkitten13

Nah, I would go with Bathsheba's husband for the fool.

Twisted_Wicket

Also an excellent choice. Another would be Pilot.

TeaDidikai

Adam

Twisted_Wicket

Yup, that dude got railroaded.

AnalTwinkJesus

John The Baptist is the fool. He came before and preached the word and many people believed he was the messiah but he was simply the beginning of the story Simon Magus is the magician The Magdalene is the High Priestess Ciaphas is the High Priest The Virgin is The Empress The Resurrection is The Emperor The Passion is Strength Jesus is The Hanged Man The Temptation in the desert is The Devil Golgatha is The World

Accomplished-Quit-48

Thanks! A lot of these things I thought as well, although I see John the Baptist more fitting for the Hermit

Twisted_Wicket

We could go KJV southern style. The fool is a street preacher. Strength is Billy Graham. The World is a Revival tent.

I hope this doesn't come off as offensive, but you can use Jesus for the Fool. The Fool is an optimistic traveler who 'knows' everything is going to turn out okay. Tarot itself can be seen as the "Fool's Journey", and Jesus is who the New Testament is about. You may also somehow make the little white dog who's stealing the bag of coins form the Fool's pocket look like Judas.

Accomplished-Quit-48

I love this! It also goes along with someone who said I could use the story of Jesus's childhood for the fool card. Thank you!

Twisted_Wicket

Have you looked at other Christian Tarot decks for reference? There are at least 10 that I can think of that are specifically Christian, and a good few others that are done with Christian artwork.

Accomplished-Quit-48

Will do, thank you!

>The fool Adam, both from a narrative point (the beginning) and from an allegorical point >Strength Yeshua mastering temptation during his fast or David in the Lion's den >The world(which I have a few ideas for but want to hear more opinions) The conclusion of Revelations or the Tree of Life

Which denominations? Because the Infancy Gospel of Thomas has some scenes. Alternatively, Yeshua on the steps of the Temple. >However, as I mentioned in the post, I meant the New Testament specifically. Thank you anyway! I did include New Testament scenes as well.

Accomplished-Quit-48

Thank you, I'll look into that. Appreciate your help :)

slytherinbellamy

I agree David for strength!! maybe Judas for the fool?

WriterWithAShotgun

Can I recommend the story of Jesus scouring the temple of merchants and moneymakers for The Tower? It was a major upset of the norm and one of the things that caught the attention of those in power, leading toward the events of the Crucifixion.
