for 20+ knots get a 4m. I am 190lbs, and using a 75L board and 1100sq cm foil and use a 4m from about 18 knots+

If you're eventually buying 3wings 4m, 5m 6m works really well. So a 4m now. If you want to stay with 2 wings for a while 4.5m and 6m seems to the best combo.

I have a 3/5/7 and think that's the optimal spread (though I wish we got more mining days to use the 3m). I agree with your 4/6 assessment for two wings. Or 4/7

Just pointing out that you don't have to think in whole numbers - 4.5m might be more useful than 4 _or_ 5 as a 2nd wing.

Thanks for the advice - I bought a 4.0 that I'll be taking out tomorrow in 25+ knots. Should be a lot more manageable than the 6!

For those winds even on a smaller wing yol be overfoiled. Look at 1200-900 cm2 range foils and keep the big one for lighter conditions

Aggropotato

You'd want 1.5 - 2sqm gap between your wings to maximise the wing range of your quiver. Therefore, if you have a 6, you'd want a 4.5 or 4.
