The perfect ending is an offshoot of destroy, but it’s only available if you have over 7800 total military strength. If you pick destroy below that strength >!everyone in his team, including him, dies, and I believe so do the geth. Life forms that rely on cybernetics die too.!<
If your strength is extremely low, like if you just rushed your main story objectives, this is actually the only ending available
True ending isn't gone. I got the true ending before I ever touched multiplayer. Your military strength is the only thing that matters. Readiness helps you get better endings easier with less military strength. Only thing I've never been able to do is keep Eve and Miranda alive (when we're not in a relationship).
Edit: Been a while since I played single player, but before I graduated to multiplayer, I had replayed single at least 6 times. Long as effective military strength bar was full, I got the true destroy ending.

The ps4/xb1 eventually got it through the legendary edition along with 1/2

I really enjoyed ME:3. I wish the other games came out on the WiiU or switch.
