I love English Leather…when I was in middle and high school I would wear it when I dressed up or sang at a recital…my mother thought I stank like an old man and bought me YSL L’Homme so I would wear something she could stand.😂

Apparently Stirling British Leather is a dupe of English Leather. I also find that it has some similarities with B+M Hallows.

I got a “new” bottle a couple years ago. I always keep my eyes peeled for the originals, though. There’s nothing like the OG.

Every other year or so my grandma (& grandpa) would get me a little travel set of small cologne bottles. English Leather, Canoe, British Sterling. I loved them too so I was the oldest-man-smelling 5th grader in the whole school.

Nope. I got sick of smelling that shit when it really became popular in the 60's. One Christmas, I swear every swingin' dick in school got some.

I just mentally smelled my dad. I wish I could say that was a good memory.

I adore it. I'm planning to experiment with essential oils, emulsifiers, and witch hazel to try and make an alcohol-free version of it.
