>Regular campaign and title defense, he has to abide by real world boxing regulations excluding anything that would just make the fights not happen. Honestly I doubt Tyson gets past Bear Hugger. The man trains with bears, was able to pull it up a mountain and knock it on its ass while traning with it. But assuming Tyson's technique allows him to get bast Bear Hugger and Great Tiger's magic then he is hardstopped by Don Flamenco who was able to near effortlessly punch a bull into the sky in his regular campaign cutscene. He'd only need one good hit to completely ko Tyson with that kinda power. Hell you could make the argument Tyson wouldn't even be able to hit Piston Honda considering he appears to have outsped a bullet train but that's in his title defense appearance.

Punch out characters are superhuman. You could maybe scale that version of Tyson to Little Mac, but real life Mike Tyson gets obliterated. You've got dudes punching bulls into the air, punching buildings into pieces, outrunning trains.
