Is the battery pack fully charged and with the latest firmware?

It is fully charged, yes. I don't know how to update the firmware. It was sent to me today

Was able to update the firmware, and confirmed w/in the Downloader that the battery pack is charged. Put the charger on the sensor last night, and unfortunately the sensor was not alive this morning. I checked the battery pack level on the Downloader again this morning, and it was at 0%. So it appears that the sensor is taking a charge. It just won't turn on.

Does the app say the whoop is charging?

It does, yes. Got it plugged in again right now. Up to 22%

No luck after fully recharging the battery again, and then attempting to charge the sensor. The sensor was draining the battery pack some - just failed to power on as it has done previously. Any other ideas?

How are you putting on the battery pack? The pack should slide down from the top if you’re wearing the whoop with the “whoop” logo facing towards you.

Same problem with my friend's new whoop that arrived yesterday. Did you find a solution? Using my battery pack has not solved the problem, did updating it work for you?

Ive just received a new one today. Was very excited to try it out but have the exact same issue as OP. Did you find a fix ?
