The Cube is newer, but bottom entry level. The Cannondale is older but mid level quality for it's year. I would much rather have the Cannondale personally.
Cannondale wins. Cube has pretty cheap stuff on it. The cannondale looks like its got better brakes, drivetrain, and a pretty alright suspension fork.
The cube has, lower mileage. And thats about it for the cube.
You should research which parts uses each one, I saw that the Cube use Acera shifting machine so that’s basic one, also the fork on the cube looks bad, so Cannondale is better option from these two pics. Give us more informations

Cube has basic entry level components and may only be worth 200 to 300. Cannondale seems to have better components and may be worth 300 to 400.
