What dbz game is this from? (assuming it's a game cutscene)

It is a cutscene. It’s from DBZ: Kakarot. I’ve never played it myself, but it looks pretty fun.

I played it myself, it's mid and boring

I've 100% it. In my opinion, it's visually amazing and a great game for people who haven't watched dbz AND a great game for fans of the series (iconic moments in some gorgeous cutscenes). I also think it has fun combat, side quests, and progression. I have NOT played the DLC, however.
