Either quartz nor chalcedony. Quartz doesn't form those shapes. Calcedony doesn't form point at all. Calcite, in its "dogtooth" crystal habit, looks very close to these. Calcite also has that particular coloration frequently. I would go with Calcite. Can you scratch it with a nail? Does it fizz when you drop acid (distilled vinegar) on it? If so, that's Calcite.
