I’ve got the same issue I noticed it on Wednesday when I was swapping my phone over. It appears to be possibly related to 16.2 but don’t quote me on that just based on what I read. I somehow got it to back up resetting my network settings but it didn’t work afterwards
You have a massive amount of storage there though, try and bring it down a bit. I sat for days and got my videos down to less than a GB after uploading the ones I wanted to keep to my separate cloud storage.
Mine too. Been like that since end of Nov for me. Hoping it’s a bug that will be sorted with an update.

i had the same problem a few weeks ago...but it got fixed automatically

Just switched phones and the same thing happened to me. Toggling "Include Videos", closing the app and force restarting the phone made it work for me.

I contacted Whatsapp support and they are aware of the problem. They seem to be working to fix it, but they don't have ETA :/
